How can I get a sample? And the sample charge?
If you just need similar sample for quality evaluation, we can send our catalog or brochure to you directly. If you need a sample according to your actual sample, Please send your actual sample to us, We can make one and send to you.
If you need sample of your own design, Pls provide the artwork with below details included: Material, Dimension,Color (Like Pantone No.), Technics / Special requirement.
According to our sample policy. We can supply some free samples(total value is less than USD20.00, the freight should be afforded by customers. So a collect account is needed before that if you have any cooperated courier. If the total value of samples is more than USD20.00, you should pay for us by our account in advance.
How to develop the new styles ?
If you want to start new styles, Two ways, one is provided by our side, we’d like to provide almost 100 styles by pictures or samples (free charge) each season for your choosing; on the other hand, you can send us the pictures, drawings or samples with your comments, so we can sampling for your approval.
How to place an order?
(1) New orders can be placed through e-mail, couriers, or fax with clear information of quantity, size, colors, and other specs, such as material, backing, accessories, Special effect and so on, an artwork or existing samples would be best.
(2) Repeat orders may be placed online, We keep a actual sample and detailed data of each item from first order. We can send you our newly products by email each month. There you can place order and check if the order was received ok very conveniently.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?
Each item has a corresponding MOQ, please refer to them, Normally, Small order is acceptable, more 10,000 yards per color and size is workable. Of course, for the special order, we need discuss individually at the first time.
Where is the nearest shipment port?
Our nearest shipment port is Qingdao port, China, anywhere is available in China.
What is color matching imprinted?
We offer the closest match to "PMS" (Pantone Matching System) color number for each special color in the ribbon , PMS stands for Pantone Matching System ,If you would like an exact color matching, please include desired colors in PMS form rather than CMYK or RGB in the comments section of your order. All ribbons will be matched as closely as possible; however, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Extra charges may apply for PMS color matching. If no PMS colors are specified, stock ink colors will be used at no additional charge.
